Kakadichi koshimbir/khamang kakdi/Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

1 medium size tender cucumber, 2-3 green chillies (meduim hot), 2-3 tbsp ground nut powder, 4-5 tbsp yogurt, coriander leaves, salt to taste, sugur to taste.

for tempering:

2 tbsp. ghee, 3-4 curry leaves, pinch of hing, cumin seeds

How to make

  • Pill off the skin of cucumber.
  • Finely cut or grate cucumber.
  • Cut green chillies in cylindrical shape.
  • Chop coriander.
  • Take salad bowl and add choped cucumber.
  • Add yogurt, ground nut powder.
  • Add salt and sugur to taste.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour the tadka on the top of salad.
  • Mix well the whole content.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.

  • Heat ghee in a small pan.
