Konkan

Konkan is a beautiful region situated along the coastal line of western India, stretched from Raigad to Mangalore. Konkan is also known as "Parshurama bhumi", the land blessed by Lord Parshurama.

Konkan is the land of beautiful beaches, where the Monsoon is at its best!! The place of world famous Alphonso mangoes(‘Haapus’ in Marathi), Jackfruits, cashews, coconut trees. The precise definition of Konkan varies, but most include Maharshtra’s districts of Raigad, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurga, the stateivision of Maharashtra. of Goa, and the Kanara districts (North and South) of Karnataka.
